    • Visit waitlist.walme.io and sign up using your email, Google, Apple, or X (Twitter) account. Complete the registration process, create a username, and start earning XP.

  • Can I change my username later?

    • No, usernames are permanent and cannot be changed after setup.

  • What should I do if I don’t receive the verification email?

    • Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still not received, try resending the email or contact support at [email protected].


Earning Points (XP)

  • How do I earn points?

    • Points (XP) can be earned by:

      • Completing social media tasks (e.g., following Walme on X, joining Telegram/Discord).

      • Inviting friends via the referral program.

      • Participating in quests like the 7-Day Challenge.

      • Subscribing to premium tiers for XP multipliers.

  • Do XP multipliers apply to all tasks?

    • Yes, XP multipliers from subscriptions apply to all tasks, including referrals and social quests.


Referral Program

  • How does the referral program work?

    • Share your referral link from the Profile section. Earn points (e.g., 100 XP) for each friend who registers using your link and completes their profile.

  • Can I see how many referrals I’ve made?

    • Yes, referral stats are visible in your dashboard under the Referral Program section.


Leaderboard

  • How is my rank determined?

    • Your rank is based on your total XP earned through referrals, social tasks, and quests.

  • What are the benefits of being on the leaderboard?

    • Higher ranks unlock exclusive perks like private Discord group memberships, premium badges, and recognition within the Walme community.


Subscriptions

  • What are the subscription tiers?

    • Subscriptions are offered at three levels:

      • Level 1 (Silver Member): $2/month with a 2x XP multiplier.

      • Level 2 (Gold Member): $5/month with a 5x XP multiplier and additional perks.

      • Level 3 (Platinum Member): $10/month with a 10x XP multiplier and all premium benefits.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    • Payments can be made using USDT or USDC. Supported networks include Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, BNB Smart Chain, Tron, and more.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    • Navigate to the Subscription section in your dashboard and follow the instructions to cancel. Your benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
