🔄 Cancellations, Refunds & Payment Issues

Find out what to do if your payment fails, how to cancel orders, request refunds, or handle issues with wrong networks.

Updated this week

What if I paid but didn’t receive my tokens?

  • Make sure the exact amount was sent via the correct network

  • Ensure the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain

  • Check if the status is “Approved” in the Transactions tab

  • If tokens are still not credited — contact support at [email protected] with your transaction ID (TXN...) and a screenshot

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can click “Cancel Order” if you haven’t paid yet. After payment is made, cancellation is not possible.

What if I overpaid?

Contact support with the transaction ID and amount. Overpayments may be refunded minus network fees.

What if I sent funds via the wrong network?

Walme is not responsible for transactions made on unsupported networks. However, manual refunds may be possible in exceptional cases.

Can I get a partial refund due to user error?

Refunds may be possible but are not guaranteed. Each case is reviewed individually.

What does "Rejected" status mean?

Most likely:

  • Sent amount was below the minimum (e.g., 49.995 instead of 50.00)

  • Sent on an incorrect network (e.g., USDC on Polygon instead of Ethereum)

  • Payment was made after the order expired

In such cases, the order is canceled, and funds are automatically returned via the blockchain.
