1. Add your Walme Card to Google Pay
Open “Wallet” (or “Google Pay” in some cases) on your Android device.
Tap the “+” (Add) icon or select “Add payment method” / “Add card”.
Choose “Card”/”Payment Card” as the payment method type.
When prompted, enter your Walme Card details (you can either point out your camera on a card or fill all fields manually):
Card number
Expiry date
CVC/CVV
Follow the on-screen prompts until Google Pay moves you to the verification step.
2. Confirm the verification code
Open the email inbox linked to your Walme Card.
Look for the email with the verification code from Google Pay.
If you don’t see it, check your Spam / Junk folder.Copy the code from the email.
Go back to Google Pay and enter the verification code into the field provided.
Tap “Confirm” or “Done”.
If everything is correct, your Walme Card should now be added to Google Pay and ready to use.
3. What to do if you see “Call your bank”
Sometimes, after entering all the details and code, Google Pay might show a screen like “Call your bank to complete activation” instead of activating the card automatically.

In this case:
❌ Do not call the bank — they couldn’t help you to activate a card.
Instead, follow these steps:
Take a screenshot or photo of the screen with the “Call your bank” message.
Copy the card number of the Walme Card you tried to add.
Contact Walme Support and send them:
The screenshot/photo of the “Call your bank” screen
The card number you attempted to add
Our support team will manually activate your card on the backend.
Activation should be completed within 24 hours after you contact support.

4. You’re ready to tap to pay
Once your Walme Card is added and verified in Google Pay, you can:
Use your phone to tap to pay in-store
Pay online wherever Google Pay is accepted
